Marina Village

Opes Ventures was the lead investor among a group of international investment partners in a Venetian style resort which included 250 residential units, waterways, and entertainment facilities.

Tuscan Villa

Along with a consortium of banks from the United States and Asia, Opes Ventures invested in 500 condominiums, shops, conference center, and a golf course.

Bridgeport Golf Resort

Opes Ventures collaborated with a leading golf course developer to plan and construct a development which included estate homes in a lushly landscaped 500 acre setting.

Springfield Office Complex

Opes Ventures believes in promoting innovative technology. The Springfield Office Complex includes technical innovations such as cooling and heating ceilings. The complex consists of three four story buildings composed of low-e glass, natural stone and aluminum, which are both functional and in harmony with the surrounding landscape. The complex includes approximately 300 parking spaces.

Regional Medical Center

Opes Ventures believes in promoting health services. This 179,000 square foot hospital included a 5,000 square foot combination power plant/central heating unit. Currently the hospital complex includes a one story medical center and 105 beds in a three story patient tower. Expansion plans include enlarging the medical center and patient tower and the addition of a fourth story to the patient tower. Ultimately the hospital complex will encompass 240,000 square feet.

Regional Medical Center

Opes Ventures believes in projects that help the community. A prime 25 acre site was located, and a hospital was built to meet the needs of a growing population. This complex includes a 185,000 square foot main hospital with 116 beds, an 80,000 square foot medical office building, and a helicopter landing pad. In addition, the facility contains a combination power plant/central heating unit.
